Each user on this site, declares that he has read the content of these regulations, and agree unequivocally to all provisions and terms, and that he will not have any claim or  any demand  directly or indirectly , Against the site or any of its owners or any of its managers or anyone on its behalf or EUROPA HOTEL.

6. The user declares that the information displayed on the site or any part of it is the exclusive property of Bet Europa and the company. Bet Europa owns the copyright and the information. 18. Any user that wants to order an this site , is required to enter their personal information , including identity number ,  passport number , credit card number , As well as details of others stay with him.

Services purchaser details:

19. When purchasing the services through the website and placing the order as detailed below, theuser will be required to enter his personal details in the system. 
20. The owners of the siteor any of its operators or any of its owners or any of its managers or anyone on their behalf are not responsible for the mistake made by the user in entering the purchase details , including error in choosing the vacation package , date, number of beds and any other service ordered by the buyer Through the website  or any responsibility directly or indirectly in the event that the purchase details are not received in the system or for any technical or other problem that prevents the buyer from purchasing services through the website. 
21. Entering false purchase information is a criminal offense and legal action will be taken against those who enter false information, including tort claims for damages that may be caused, to the companyor EUROPA HOTEL or the site or its operators or any of its owners or any of its managers or anyone on their behalf.

22. The user declares that he is aware that upon entering the purchase details he will be included in the database ofthe company and EUROPA HOTEL. The company and EUROPA HOTEL may use the purchase details to improve the services it offers to the user on the site as well as to contact the user by regular mail, e-mail and all other means of communication and adapting the site to his needs and personal preferences.

How to order:

24. The user will enter the order details on the website.
25. When entering the order details, theuser will be required to enter their credit card details, for security purposes only.

26. Payment will be made in full on the day of arrival in cashor by credit card.

Terms and Conditions :                         

28. Prices on the site are in shekels, including VAT.

VAT rates may change from time to time.

29. EUROPA HOTEL may at any time change the booking conditions of the rooms and the prices of the packages.
30. EUROPA HOTEL may change the site policies from time to time without giving prior notice to the user.  EUROPA HOTEL will publish the new terms on the website and they will take effect at the time of their publication.
31. EUROPA HOTEL may close the site and change from time to time the structure, content, appearance, scope and availability of the services and content provided on it, and any other aspect involved in the site and its operation and all without the need to notify the user in advance. The user declares that he will not have any claimor demand towards the company or EUROPA HOTEL in this regard.

32. The number of apartmentin EUROPA HOTEL is limited and booking us based on available apartment   

33. No double promotions or discounts.

Check in / check out times:

34. Check in:on weekdays at 15:00, m. On Saturdays or holidays two hours after the end of Shabbat / holidays.

35.  Check out: on weekdays until 11:00, m. On Saturdays or holidays until 14:00 p.m.

36. Arrivalor detacher before or after the hours are subject to prior approval by the management of the company or EUROPA HOTEL and involves additional payment.

Children and Infants:

38. Children – ages2 to 12 years old.
39. Infants – Those who are under two years old.

40. If there are, two babies in the family, one of themwill be charged as a child.

39. Accommodation for children under the age of18 will be possible accompanied by an adult over the age of 21  
40. Only the laws of the State of Israel shall apply to this agreement. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any matter relating to this agreement and the use of the website is in the competent courtsin the Tiberias or Nazareth district.

41. The user is aware that the use of a website on the site by its nature may be technical glitches.

Order Cancellation:

43. An order that is canceled up to seven days before the arrival datewill be charged the registration fee only.

44. Order canceled less than seven days before the arrival datewill be charged the cost of the first night and the registration fee.

Pool rules:

45. Entrance to the Hotel pool is for EUROPA guests only.
46. Pool times may change from time to time.
47. Guests will not inter the pool or the pool Ares if there is no live guard.
48. Children up to the age of18 must be with an adult supervision only and at the responsibility of the guests. Please observe the instructions and procedures in the pool area.

Various instructions :

                       49. Animals are forbidden.

                       50. No additional guests may stay for accommodation beyond the stated reservation without the prior written consent of EUROPA HOTEL.

                       51. Entrance to Europa Hotel complex, pool, dining room, or public areas, etc… is for Europa guest only.\

                       52. Guests will not take equipment out of the hotel rooms. The guests will  receive towels for the hotel pool. The hotel towels will not be used for water sources outside the EUROPA HOTEL. Guests will not take towels out of hotel.

                       53.Barbecue (BBQ) is forbidden in the hotel or in the hotel rooms or room balconies.

                       54. Smoke is forbidden at EUROPA HOTEL.

Maintaining the place and site:

                       55. The user undertakes in his name and in the name of all other guests with him to maintain the place and not to cause any intentional or negligent damage to the site, including all the equipment there.

                       56. The user acknowledges that in the event of any damage, the above credit card will be charged the full cost of the damage
